Campus Housing

Housing Requirements

Randall University requires all unmarried students to reside in University Housing except those who: 1) reside with parents or immediate family; 2) have attained the age of 21; or 3) completed 64 credit hours. If any of the criteria apply during a semester, you can request a live off-campus form. If approved after the drop date, you will still be charged for the remaining part of the semester.

All students who live on campus must be enrolled, submit a Campus Housing form, and sign a Housing Agreement. After signing the contract, housing deposits will be forfeited if a student does not return to housing for the contracted semester(s) for whatever reason.

Placement Process

Placements for preferred housing are not offered on a first-come, first-served basis. More frequently requested housing placements will be offered based on, but not limited to the following:

Occupancy amount selected on preferences, roommates chosen and requested, academic performance, merit, and activity on campus. (Married students receive priority for on-campus apartments)
