Randall University Seeks New Men's Basketball Coach

Randall University seeks a Men’s Basketball Coach with a Christian worldview who is also called to lead a successful program that has achieved three NCCAA Division-II Championships in the past 6 years. The candidate should expect to interact with numerous diverse students and faculty and the position could begin as early as May 3rd, 2021. The Men’s Basketball Program reflects the mission of Randall, which is to intellectually, morally, socially, and spiritually prepare students for Christ’s local church and the global community.

 Committed to a life of integrity and high moral standards.
 Engage in team-based approached to work with administration, faculty, and staff from all areas of the institution
 activities to support the mission and vision of Randall University.
 Invested in the academic success of students.
 Demonstrated track record of coaching at the collegiate or high school level(s).
 Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds
 Contribute to campus culture, including the spiritual formation of students.
 Recruit to program and assist in overall recruitment activities on campus.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Administrative experience and budgetary experience.
 Bachelor or Master Degree.
 Master's degree in Education or related field.
 Three years of PK-12 classroom teaching
Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and institutional fit.
