Campus Housing

2026-2027 Housing Application Deadline:

Returning Students: March 31, 2026

New Students: July 24, 2026

 

Students who submit their housing application after the deadline has passed will lose priority status and will be placed on the waiting list. The waiting list does not guarantee housing for the 2026-2027 academic school year.

 

Housing Requirements

Randall University requires all unmarried students to reside in University Housing except those who: 1) reside with parents or immediate family; 2) have attained the age of 21; or 3) completed 64 credit hours. If any of the criteria apply during a semester, you can request a live off-campus form. Sophomores may apply to live off-campus by completing the Sophomore Housing Exemption Form. If approved after the drop date, you will still be charged for the remaining part of the semester.

All students who live on campus must be enrolled, submit a Campus Housing form, and sign a Housing Agreement. After signing the contract, housing deposits will be forfeited if a student does not return to housing for the contracted semester(s) for whatever reason.

 

2026-2027 Summer and Academic Year Housing Application Process

1. If you plan on living on campus for the 2026-2027 academic school year, you must fill out a housing request form.
2. Housing staff will review your housing request.
3. Once you have been assigned a room for the 2026-2027 academic year, housing staff will notify you.
4. Once you know your room placement, you must fill out a housing contract to solidify your choice.
5. All students who would like Summer Housing must contact the Student Life Coordinator.
6. A separate housing summer contract will confirm the spot and price agreement.

 

*If a space is available in a double/triple or quadruple room, RU Housing may assign another roommate at any time without prior notification to the remaining student(s). RU Housing staff will make every effort to contact RU students in advance that they are receiving a roommate.
