Dr. Brent Sykes, Academic Dean, is happy to announce the appointment of Mrs. Lilac Young to the position of Assistant Professor of English beginning in the spring of '23. As a recent graduate of Northeastern State University, her experience as a graduate assistant has led her to work with students of all ages and college majors with their writing and composition needs. At Randall University, Mrs. Young will teach a range of courses relating to English composition and literature studies. Said Dr. Sykes, "Lilac's excitement for her content is contagious. I am confident that our students will feed off of her energy and passion."

Mrs. Young holds a Bachelor's degree in English Education and a Master's in English. She lives in Yukon with her husband. Together, they are active members of Quail Springs Baptist Church in Edmond.
