What Randall’s Multidisciplinary Studies Program (Online Studies) has to offer:

The Multidisciplinary Studies Program has been designed for the student who needs a non-traditional format and is serious about reaching his or her academic goals. He/she works closely with a faculty advisor to develop an individualized program of study requiring a minimum of 120 credit hours. This program of study includes course work in several subject areas as listed in our College Catalog. Individual courses are to be selected in consultation with the faculty advisor. 

Opportunities with a Multidisciplinary Studies degree:

A student who graduates with the Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies degree will be equipped to continue their education in graduate studies or enter a career field related to their selected areas of study.

Program Details

The Multidisciplinary Studies Program has a two-fold purpose: first, to provide a broad general education with a biblical and religious studies core, and secondly, to afford the student an opportunity to define the territory of intellectual inquiry to prepare students for service in the church, entry into the job market, or attendance at graduate school.

The general objectives for the degree are as follows:

  • Competency in communication of ideas
  • Application of knowledge across the various disciplines
  • Integration of Christian principles with the student’s primary area of competence
