University Housing Resident Behavior Appeal Form

All appeals must be received within five (5) business days of the violation being issued. In order for the appeal to be granted, the resident is expected to fill out the Behavior Appeal Form. A student disciplinary committee will hear the appeal and a university official will contact and inform the resident of the decision regarding the appeal. If an appeal is not sent after five business days, the violation/sanction will still be enforced and an appeal will no longer be granted.

Once this form has been sent, you will be notified via email in ten (10) business days if your appeal has been granted or denied. The committee hearing the appeal may decide to uphold the original decision, change the original decision to a less severe sanction or money charge, or overturn the original decision. If your appeal has been denied, sanctions must be followed and the money charge will be added to your bursar account. All appeals are final.
