Dr. Brent Sykes, Academic Dean, is pleased to announce the appointment ofHeather Clinkenbeard as Associate Professor and Director of the Business Program at Randall University. “Mrs. Clinkenbeard brings to Randall a comprehensive knowledge base of leadership, operational management, human resource management, project management, and regulatory experience. She joined in helping us achieve our mission as an Adjunct Instructor and Assistant Director of Business in 2022. Since then, Heather has quickly earned the respect of her peers and endeared herself to students. She is a blessing to our campus!”

Heather Clinkenbeard, MBA, has greatly enjoyed getting to know the students and staff since her adjunct appointment. Mrs. Clinkenbeard comes from a long career in healthcare, serving most recently as Account Manager and Program Director for a national wound care company and Nursing Home Administrator in the greater Oklahoma City area.  Mrs. Clinkenbeard also spent several years working as an Adjunct Professor for Oklahoma City Community College in the Division of Business and Information Technology.  She has a strong passion for helping students educationally, spiritually, and professionally.  She also brings a strong network of community professionals with her and constantly works to connect them with her students.

Mrs. Clinkenbeard has been married to her husband, Larry, for 25 years and they have two beautiful daughters, Jossie and Lauren.  She holds a Master of Business Administration from Mid-America Christian University, Bachelors in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, and Associates in Applied Science for Occupational Therapy Assistant from Oklahoma City Community College.
