About Tracy
Tracy grew up in Arkansas and came to Oklahoma to serve with her husband, Michael, at Randall University (formerly Hillsdale) in 1999. They are Directors of Food Services. Before coming to Randall University, She and her husband were owners of a restaurant, Express-Lube, a Video Store, and rental properties. They were asked to consider working at RU and moved here with their family.
She and Michael have been married 32 years and they both work together in RU Food Service. Over these more than 20 years, they have taught many student workers in their department, skills, and work ethics. Tracy and her family attend and serve at Southern Oaks Free Will Baptist in Oklahoma City. She has served as Sunday School teacher, in the women’s ministry, music ministry, media booth, and as she says “except for preaching and taking up the offerings” she has been involved in just about anything else she can to serve her church and Lord.
