About Carl
Carl is a Christian business leader with over 20 years of sales and management experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has received the industry’s top training in leadership, management and sales programs and utilizes these skills on a daily basis in his interactions with others. Currently he is the Account Manager for Oklahoma, Kansas, Amarillo, Joplin and Ft Smith for Tolmar Pharmaceuticals representing an Oncology medication for Advanced Prostate Cancer.
In his career he has managed million dollar territories, led and developed teams of sales professionals into the top ranking sales team in the nation while earning the company’s highest award of President’s Circle of Excellence and National District Manager of the Year.
Carl served as CEO and co-founder of EHR Partners, LLC, a medical document scanning company. In this business he has discovered the joys and pains of launching a small business. Along with his wife he developed the market and now services medical, dental, optometry and home health professionals in converting paper data into electronic form for new healthcare requirements.
Rose also served as Operations Manager and co-founder of Protect Safety and Supplies. Utilizing his ability to expand his leadership and management experience he designed and launched a safety consulting company that has clients ranging from mid sized construction companies to major corporations such as Chesapeake, Sandridge and Viking Drilling companies.
Carl relies on God’s strength in providing him his direction and management style. He has been a member of the Free Will Baptist denomination since he was 5 years old, is a fifth generation Free Will Baptist and is a current member of the Free Will Baptist Church in Newcastle, Oklahoma. Married to Jalynn Rose since 1999 they have 4 daughters together. He has a strong conviction and desire to utilize these experiences, skills and opportunities that the Lord has provided to him to teach others and to utilize these skills to further God’s kingdom. He has a passion for fundraising, growing customer relations, strengthening the denomination and further establishing Randall University as the thought leader for training and resource management.
