Welcome to the Randall Bookstore!
Students are no longer responsible for shopping for or purchasing their course books. That has already been done for you.
Most textbooks will be ebooks using the Kindle format. You will need to:
1. Set up an amazon account if you don't already have one (there is no charge for that).
2. Install the Kindle app on all the devices you want to use (no charge for app; it will go on any device- phone, tablet, computer).
3. Make sure the email address you use on your amazon account is the same email you have designated as your primary email on your Populi page.
Your textbooks will be emailed to you.
In the event that the textbook is not available electronically, hard copies of your books will be ready for you in the classroom at your first course session.
However, if you do not attend your first course session, you are responsible for making an appointment with the bookstore manager to get your books. Email gmcallister@ru.edu to set an appointment. Bring your course list with you when you come.
If you are an online student, we automatically email your books to you. If we have to send hard copies, we must have a valid shipping address to do so. Or, if you live near Randall University, you can make an appointment to pick up your books by emailing gmcallister@ru.edu. Again, bring your course list with you when you come.
The bookstore carries a limited inventory, and operates on a "first come first serve" basis. If the books is back-ordered, we will make sure your instructor provides scans of the necessary course material until your book(s) arrive(s). You will be notified when your books are available for pickup from the bookstore manager.
